A simple and flavorful way to cook salmon with crispy skin and tender meat, served with a squeeze of lemon.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, and place them in the pan, skin side down.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top and serve.
