A tropical treat made with creamy coconut milk and sweet mango, perfect for a hot summer day.
Peel and chop the mango, then blend it with coconut milk, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
