Refill pot and boil bones for 3–4 hours until broth is creamy.
Add garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for flavor.
Cook ramen noodles separately and set aside.
Pour hot broth over noodles
Top with sliced egg and chopped spring onions.
Serve hot.
