Preheat oven to 190°C.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add tomato paste, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Allow filling to cool completely.
Roll out pastry dough and cut into circles (10-12cm diameter).
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
