A silky, creamy Italian dessert infused with vanilla, perfect for a sophisticated finish to any meal.
In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
In a separate small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in a little water and stir into the warm cream mixture.
Add vanilla extract and mix well. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with fresh berries or a fruit compote.
