Sweet coconut sticky rice served with ripe mango. A popular Thai dessert!
Soak the glutinous rice for at least 1 hour, then steam or boil until cooked.
Heat coconut milk in a saucepan with sugar and salt until dissolved. Do not boil.
Pour most of the coconut milk over the hot rice, mix, and let it absorb.
Slice the mango and serve beside or over the sticky rice.
Drizzle the rest of the coconut milk on top before serving.
